Submission and Review Process

JOES Young Scholar Competition 2016 has a review systems with review of abstracts, review of full papers.

The submission starts 1st March 2016 and closes 31 August 2016. Submission of full papers for review opens 1st September 2016 and closes 31st December 2016. All full paper submissions are reviewed by two members of the Scientific Committee by 31st December 2016. The decision is made based on the comments from all members of the Scientific Committee by 31st December 2016. You can access the decision when it becomes available. The winners will be notified by emails.
